Reversible Vision Loss Following Nonsurgical Filler Rhinoplasty

The increase in the frequency and popularity of aesthetic filler injections is accompanied by a high risk complications, including ophthalmological sequalae. Of these, loss vision considered most dangerous and, cases, irreversible. We present case report patient who experienced acute due to suspected partial occlusion ophthalmic artery following nonsurgical rhinoplasty with hyaluronic acid injection. It differs from others that treatment form combination multiple subcutaneous hyaluronidase into periocular region, single retrobulbar injection hyaluronidase, hyperbaric oxygen therapy led significant recovery symptoms only residual visual field defects remaining.
